Auburn Business Network is an online directory connecting consumers with businesses owned or operated by Auburn University alumni and supporters. We provide:
To be listed on Auburn Business Network, a business must have a genuine connection to Auburn University (alumni-owned, operated by Auburn supporters, etc.). We reserve the right to verify this connection and deny or remove listings that do not meet our criteria.
Business listings require an annual fee of $300. Payment is due upon approval of your application. Your listing will appear on the public directory once payment is received.
Listing fees are non-refundable once your business has been published on the directory. If your application is rejected, no payment will be collected. If you wish to remove your listing before the 12-month period ends, you may request removal, but no prorated refund will be issued.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your listing. Auburn Business Network reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any listing content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or violates these terms.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auburn Business Network, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Alabama.
